Brain Exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History

Yesterday Steph and I took a field trip to the American Museum of Natural History to see the special exhibit on the brain. While at times overwhelming with the sheer number of people (and children) though this is not really specific to the AMNH but happens anywhere you go in New York, it offered fascinating insights into your mind’s inner workings and I left both exhausted with information, overwhelmed with new vocabulary (basal ganglia?), and firing on all synapses. Neat. Fully recommended.

Also good for brain stimulation: listening to Radiolab. The episode: Lost and Found is a good one. :)
