The best name for a Supper Club that I’ve heard – and certainly puts mine to shame.  Seriously – what was I thinking?  Short, sweet and to the point?  Gah!  Gastronauts outflashes me any day of the week.

Currently reading Anthony Bourdain’s new book “Medium Raw” and today read through the chapter entitled “Lust” in which he names around top ten of his favorite foodie moments, most in far off places, not in his own kitchen, not even in New York.  Once again emphasizing the fact that food simply brings people together and these moments are meant to be shared.  It’s about food that tastes unique and unlike anything your tongue has ever experienced – flavor and texture and the wonder of it all.

So perhaps Supper Club is starting small, but we all need somewhere to start from.
